Features: This dictionary establishes radicals and their arrangement order according to the "Unified Table of Chinese Characters" and the "Standardized Rules for Stroke Order of Commonly Used Chinese Characters." When using the radical index to look up a character, first find the radical's serial number and page number in the "Radical Directory," then locate the page number of the character in the main text of the dictionary in the "Radical Index." The "Radical Index" is arranged in the order of radicals, and the number of strokes listed after each radical is the number of strokes in the character excluding the strokes of its radical. This dictionary is primarily aimed at elementary school students. To meet the needs of students' in-class learning and extracurricular reading activities in the new century, we have compiled this dictionary based on the principles of scientific, practical, and standardized approaches. The dictionary includes over 2,600 characters for the nine-year compulsory education program in primary school, fully meeting the needs of students for learning Chinese language knowledge.
