To reflect new teaching and research achievements, while maintaining the theoretical and logical framework of the Renmin University of China textbook, the author has adjusted some chapters of the original book. Specifically, a new chapter titled "Basic Forms of International Political Interaction" has been added, while two chapters, "Legal Norms and Standards in International Politics" and "Basic Types of Inter-State Relations," have been removed. The original "Introduction" section has been expanded and divided into two chapters: "Introduction" and "Basic Theories of International Politics." Other sections, such as "Economic and Trade Factors in International Politics" and "International System and International Structure," have also undergone significant adjustments. However, to preserve the style and features of the Renmin University of China textbook and maintain the continuity of the revision, many chapters of this book still retain a large portion of the content from the previous revision. This revised edition has a more rational structure, clearer hierarchy, and more distinct logic, making it an indispensable textbook for studying international politics.
