Is it gastritis?

Patient's question:

I am 34 years old. Recently, I don't know why I always feel nauseous and like vomiting. My stomach aches sometimes with symptoms of burning and acid reflux. I went to the hospital, and it was treated for a while, but it started again. Is it gastritis?

Doctor's answer:

In this case, it might be possible to have gastritis or supplementary ulcers, but it doesn't necessarily have to be gastritis of the antrum. Therefore, it is recommended to go to the internal medicine department of your local hospital and undergo a gastroscopy for a thorough examination. Additionally, avoid spicy foods, smoking, and drinking beer. Eat more fruits and vegetables, maintain regular bowel movements, and exercise more.
