Instructions for using the digital CD-ROM e-book:
Step 1: Insert the CD into the CD drive. After about 50 seconds, the CD will automatically open in full-screen mode with background music.
Step 2: Click the table of contents or the "next page" button in the e-book to browse. The volume of the background music can be adjusted using the small speaker icon on the page. If you want to reduce the full-screen mode to a smaller window, click the "1:1" button in the navigation section to adjust the window size.
Step 3: Audio questions in the CD-ROM generally have play and stop buttons. The lines or brackets in the questions are for students to fill in their answers online. The "show answers" button below the question is used to check the answers.

Instructions for using the MP3 audio recording files: Open the CD drive, navigate to the CD, select the audio recordings and corresponding subtitle files in the desired format, and copy them to your MP3 player.
