Features: Economic law is the law that regulates economic relations. With the deepening of China's economic system reform, the law that regulates economic relations must also be adjusted in a timely manner. In line with this, economic law textbooks also need to keep pace with the times. This book was published in March 2003, and by August 2005, it had been printed seven times. In each reprinting process of this book, we strive to reflect the latest domestic legislation and legal research achievements, and update the revised legal provisions in a timely manner. The book was awarded the Second Prize of the 6th National University Press Association Excellent Best Seller Award by the China University Press Association in November 2004 and won the Excellent Best Seller Award of the Central and South University Press Association in 2005, receiving widespread popularity among teachers and students. Since October 2005, the national legislative body has made significant revisions to the "Company Law of the People's Republic of China," the "Securities Law of the People's Republic of China," and the "Individual Income Tax Law of the People's Republic of China." To adapt to China's legislative reforms and meet teaching needs, we have made substantial adjustments to the content of this book and now release it as the second edition.
