Features: In recent years, some large-scale, multi-volume textbooks have been published on neurosurgical operations. These books are indeed helpful in many aspects, especially in providing comprehensive and illustrated descriptions of neurosurgical procedures. However, due to their large size and high cost, they are often difficult to access, particularly for neurosurgical residents in clinical practice. To provide an accurate, practical, and portable book covering all important aspects of neurosurgical operations, this book was compiled, primarily summarizing the surgical procedures implemented in our hospital. However, there may be other equally effective methods to achieve the same surgical goals. At the end of each chapter, experts from our hospital or other hospitals provide "Expert Comments" on key parts of the surgical procedures. This book offers a comprehensive description of neurosurgical operations, illustrated and concise in language. Each chapter includes indications, preoperative preparation, surgical steps, postoperative management, complications, and Expert Comments, making it an essential reference book for neurosurgeons, providing step-by-step guidance.
