Features: Instructions for this series: The materials selected in this series cover various aspects such as international politics, culture, economy, science and technology, entertainment, sports, and social life. The content is rich, the selection is novel, and it has a sense of the times, making it popular among students. This series also introduces the new types of questions from the 2006 college entrance examination. The binding of the series is flexible and unique: a row of needle holes is punched on the inside of the pages, making it easy to tear out. It is suitable for group use under teacher guidance and also for individual student use. The four high school freshman and sophomore volumes each contain 54 reading materials, while the two high school junior volumes each have 14 units, with 5 reading materials per unit. Below the title of each material, there are spaces for students to fill in their names, answers, and for teachers to facilitate grading and scoring. Each material is marked with a "Recommended Reading Time," allowing teachers to use a few minutes before class for students to complete these reading exercises. This not only helps teachers keep track of students' reading levels in a timely manner but also saves time. When used individually, students can also test their own reading improvement based on the "Recommended Reading Time."
