We need more calmness and rationality to revisit and understand the traditional classic styles, contemplate the dialectical relationship between tradition and modernity, and clarify the historical responsibilities and behavioral norms of Chinese painters." The reason for this re-evaluation is that these artists with traditional fingerprints, despite having their own forms of expression, share a common background in traditional cultural context.
