Features: When the first draft of "The Leap of Thought" came out, I held it in my hands, filled with joy in my heart. The feeling at that time was one of surprise, excitement, and overwhelming delight! It was like a newborn baby entering the world, making it impossible to put down and impossible to contain the joy. In the ten years I've been running a business, I'd like to share the editor's four "feelings."
First, it's like being a "mental patient." Your emotions swing wildly between joy and anger, leaving you both laughing and crying, disheveled and out of sorts. You're determined to do well with the business, but wanting to do well is a wish, being able to do well is confidence, and doing well is the result. You overthink, pondering left and right, forward and backward, in deep contemplation. The experience is like being a "Malaysian madman," with the sweet and bitter tastes of life all on your own. Who can truly understand the mix of sour, sweet, bitter, and spicy?
Second, it's like being a "farmer." There's joy in the midst of hardship, and you toil without complaint. You rise early and go to bed late, bustling for the business's livelihood, earning hard-earned money and spending it with blood, sweat, and tears. You believe that "great wealth comes from heaven, small wealth comes from diligence." As long as you work hard and act wisely, there will be rewards.
Third, it's like being a "firefighter." You must not only respond to the various "disasters" in the business, preventing them before they happen, but also be skilled at solving problems, identifying big issues from small ones, and thus grasping the bigger picture. Often, you can't sleep at night or eat peacefully!
Fourth, it's like being an "organizational department head." You must prepare for the unexpected, knowing that a single action can affect the whole. Whether assigning tasks, coordinating relationships, or resolving conflicts, the goal is to ensure all the gears of the business work together smoothly and efficiently.
"The Leap of Thought" is the crystallization of our group's ten years of wisdom in business management and operations. It systematically and comprehensively summarizes the theories and innovations in business management, operations, culture, and strategy.
