Features: This book is the final report of the Guangdong Provincial Natural Science Foundation Project "Research on Human Resource Management of Private Enterprises" jointly led by Professor Zhang Bingshen and Professor Luo Mingzhong (Grant No.: 034929). It is also a continuation of the Major National Natural Science Foundation Project "Research on Development and Support Systems for Small and Medium Enterprises in China" led by Professor Zhang Bingshen (Grant No.: 79930040). Since the project was approved as a Guangdong Provincial Natural Science Foundation Project in December 2003, it lasted for over two years. During this period, some of the interim research results were published in core journals such as China Human Resource Development, Financial Forum, and Modern Japanese Economy, while some others were included in publications like the Guangdong Economic Development Blue Book and the Guangzhou Private Economy Yearbook. Some members of the research team were also invited to participate in academic conferences such as the 6th West Lake International Small and Medium Enterprise Conference, the Conference on Enhancing the Competitiveness of Macao's Small and Medium Enterprises, and the China Enterprise Growth Conference, where they delivered keynote speeches.
