Features: Economic transformation is an inevitable outcome of social development, yet this inevitability stems from two distinct motivations: One is when policymakers, with foresight,ly anticipate the inevitable trend of resource constraints and proactively, voluntarily, and scientifically adjust their development models in advance to prevent potential issues. This model change based on autonomous policies incurs low costs, accelerates transformation, and yields significant results. The other is when policymakers, pressured by the intractable conflicts and constraints of resources and the environment, feel that their original development path is unsustainable and, out of caution, reluctantly and passively adjust their development models with difficulty. The minimal speed of China's economic growth model transformation offers two insights: First, it fully demonstrates the severity of the current extensive economic growth model in China, suggesting a "frozen three feet" situation. Second, it indicates the arduousness, complexity, and long-term nature of China's economic growth model transformation. Due to the significant inertia of the traditional economic growth model, the Chinese people must approach this transformation with both the courage to "seize the day" and the perseverance of the "Yugong spirit" to move mountains.
