Features: The field of burn surgery in our country has achieved remarkable and world-renowned accomplishments through the efforts of several generations. The clinical practice of burn surgery has gone through the arduous journey of practice—cognition—repractice, accumulating abundant and invaluable rescue experience. From the height of integrating theory with practice, it is advancing towards new glory. Along the vast coastline of rich clinical experience, the 28 colleagues from the burn communities in Shanghai, Beijing, and other places were overjoyed to find only a few beautiful shells, which they hastily picked up for appreciation and analysis. Today, we sincerely present them to you, hoping to share and discuss them with our colleagues in clinical practice. Unfortunately, after submitting the manuscript to the editorial office on time, we discovered numerous shortcomings and deficiencies in the text. Regrettably, we are left with some regrets, and we hope to have the opportunity to collect more shells and make further corrections.
