How should pericarditis be treated?

Patient's question:

When I was having my house repaired, I fell from the roof and suffered pulmonary hemorrhage. This is a chronic condition, and recently, I have experienced symptoms such as fever, chest pain, palpitations, cough, difficulty breathing, decreased appetite, weight loss, fatigue, and excessive thirst. How should pericarditis be treated?

Doctor's answer:

Tuberculous pericarditis usually spreads directly from lymphatic tuberculosis around the trachea, urethra, and mediastinum, or from hematogenous dissemination of primary pulmonary tuberculosis or pleurisy tuberculosis. Rare pericardial fatigue is caused by hematogenous dissemination from distant urinary tuberculosis and osseous tuberculosis. Early tuberculous pericarditis is fibrous and hemorrhagic pericarditis, followed by pericardial effusion, some of which may expand into constrictive pericarditis. It is recommended to go to the hospital for a thorough examination and treatment.
