Features: To better serve judicial and administrative law enforcement work, and to promote economic development, the first series of legal document interpretation publications in China, New Legal Document Interpretation, was officially published in January 2005 with the approval of the Supreme People's Court and relevant central government departments. This series is edited by leaders of the Supreme People's Court and relevant central government departments as chief editors and special consultants, and an editorial board composed of experts such as heads of relevant departments of the Supreme People's Court, the Supreme People's Procuratorate, the Legal Working Committee of the National People's Congress, the Ministry of Public Security, and the Ministry of Justice is responsible for the compilation. In recent years, in response to many new situations and issues arising in judicial and administrative law enforcement practice, legislative, judicial, and administrative law enforcement departments have issued a large number of interpretive legal documents in the form of explanations, answers, approvals, opinions, notices, and memoranda to fill gaps and deficiencies in legislation and to address hot, ambiguous, and difficult issues in law enforcement. Therefore, how to correctly understand and grasp the specific content of these relevant laws and interpretive documents, as well as how to correctly understand and grasp the relationship between relevant laws and their interpretive documents, has become a major issue of concern for broad judicial, administrative law enforcement, and economic management departments, as well as a focal issue urgently needing resolution in legal application. New Legal Document Interpretation aims to address these major and focal issues. With "interpretation" as its focus, it provides readers with a comprehensive and multi-dimensional high-speed information platform for learning and understanding new legal norms and promptly resolving new situations and issues in practice through the synchronized dynamic interpretation of new laws and regulations, especially interpretive legal documents. The "interpretation" section of the new legal documents in this series is written by legal experts from China's supreme legislative and judicial organs, the State Council and its ministries and commissions, as well as relevant universities who participate in and are familiar with the drafting and discussion of these legal documents. Columns are also set up to provide specialized answers to readers' hot, ambiguous, and difficult legal application issues, and to comment on new types of difficult legal cases. This interpretation series is complementary to Selected Judicial Documents, while also expanding and deepening it. This interpretation series highlights features such as comprehensiveness, specialization, novelty, speed, and accuracy. Its column settings, editorial format, and publication cycle differ from existing books in the publishing industry, addressing the shortcomings of regulatory compilation publications lacking synchronized interpretation content, while interpretive books have long publication cycles, numerous gaps, and discontinuities. It is hoped that with the authority of its author team, the novelty of the legal documents, the scientificity of the interpretation content, the practicality of the editorial format, and the timeliness of its publication and distribution, it will become a trusted guide and friend for readers in understanding and applying new legal norms. New Commercial Legal Document Interpretation (Issue No. 34, Total No. 34, October 2007) follows the series' established purpose and principles, collecting new commercial legal documents, authoritative interpretations, and case analyses by column. It includes a special feature on the interpretation of provisions and legal application of the Antitrust Law.
