Chapter 2, first, explains the meaning and basis of the micro-subject of enterprises, then discusses the leading role of state-owned enterprises in industrial structure adjustment, and finally clarifies the relationship between macro-subjects and micro-subjects.
Chapter 3, clarifies the macro prerequisites for enterprises to become the micro-subject of industrial structure adjustment, such as improving the market economy's operational framework, transforming government functions, and perfecting the social security system.
Chapters 4, 5, and 6 focus on analyzing the contradictions between industrial structure adjustment and corporate systems, corporate behavior, and the status of corporate production factors.
Chapter 4, analyzes the contradictions between classical corporate systems (proprietorship and partnership) and traditional state-owned enterprise systems and industrial structure adjustment.
Chapter 5, analyzes the contradictions between corporate behavior under the traditional state-owned enterprise system and the transitional period of institutional reform, and industrial structure adjustment.
Chapter 6, analyzes the contradictions between corporate capital formation, technology, and labor factors and industrial structure adjustment.
The last three chapters propose basic countermeasures for industrial structure adjustment, namely promoting structural adjustment through corporate system innovation (Chapter 7), introducing corporate restructuring mechanisms (Chapter 8), and implementing investment tilt mechanisms (Chapter 9).
