Features: Facing those who are tormented by illness, I often sigh: Don't wait until you lose your health to cherish it; don't wait until you're lonely and helpless to seek help; don't make excuses for being busy and neglect your body, because then you will never have free time. "If you want it, you must act now; if you seek it, you will never find it." Remember this, and take action immediately! If we can allow our parents, who have toiled and raised us with their own hands, to live happily, joyfully, and without health worries under our care, isn't that the greatest happiness for us as children? What we want is health, not illness! But many people only focus on illness, not on health. To complete our work, we stay up late, drink alcohol, eat nutrient-deficient takeout meals, and sleep at the office. What have we invested in our health? We have created all the conditions for getting sick. If we don't get sick, who will? To blame whom? Western medicine blames bacteria and viruses, but refuses to blame the greatest culprit—the ourselves. Not fully trusting doctors but trusting ourselves—some people may even be afraid to think about it! I can tell you with certainty that as long as you change your fixed mindset and learn a little extra knowledge, you can completely lighten your load and no longer worry about your body. You might even start to worry about doctors losing their jobs! If you want a happy life, learn to face illness with composure, and you must learn to walk alongside illness. Because illness is not just one person's illness, but a family's illness! Illness is a mandatory question in life, and at the same time, the best answer and annotation. Because illness is fate... Treat your body like your child. Illness is the child's mischief; it is a tremendous energy that can be completely transformed into motivation for growth, but we always resent and fear this energy. The ultimate goal of all treatment is to stimulate the patient's self-healing potential.
