Features: The recruitment of civil servants and the competitive promotion of leading cadres are important components of civil service system construction. The examination based on "openness, fairness, competition, and selection of the best" is a key approach for civil servant recruitment and cadre public selection. Among these, the interview is a crucial part of the entire examination and assessment process. Unlike written exams or regular evaluations, the interview is a brief assessment by examiners of a candidate's comprehensive qualities. The quality of a candidate's speech and the accuracy and relevance of its content are undoubtedly key factors influencing the interview score. It can be said that a compelling speech determines the success of an interview, and a successful interview may shape a person's entire life. Guided by the new spirit of the Central authorities, this book compiles successful interview cases from recent years in China, organized according to the new "Interim Measures for the National Civil Servant Recruitment Interview" and the new "Civil Servant Recruitment Examination Outline." It is applicable to central government agencies, local government agencies at all levels, as well as large and medium-sized state-owned enterprises, which can also benefit from it. The authors of the speeches selected in this book are mostly those who have excelled in various levels of interviews in recent years. Before the examiners, how did they fully demonstrate their charm within a few minutes? Before the opportunity, how did they seize the chance to reach their ideal destination? We hope this book will assist you, inspire your exceptional performance, and help you achieve a smooth and successful interview!
