Fu Peirong - Spiritual Guide

Features: When we discuss a complete life, we cannot overlook the three parts of body, mind, and spirit. In youth, perhaps we focus more on the body (which extends to visible aspects like appearance, physical strength, wealth, status, etc.). The activities of the body cannot be separated from the mind, and the operation of the mind primarily lies in the realization process of its three potentials: knowledge, emotion, and will. This is concretely manifested in acquiring specific knowledge, developing interpersonal relationships, and cultivating personal interests. Then, at an abstract yet dominant level, there is the presence of the spirit. The operation of the spirit can be expressed in spiritual practices within religious belief, but religion is not the only domain of spiritual operation. A complete set of values must propose a proper positioning for the body, mind, and spirit, as well as the appropriate relationships between them. The Soul Mentor is where the author discusses the integration of body, mind, and spirit. The book stores the author's long-term reflections from reading, presents the author's fundamental views on life philosophy, and represents the author's sincere intentions toward all lovers of wisdom in the 21st century.
