Features: The Body Bible is a recent masterpiece by the renowned British female columnist Susie Goodwin, hailed as the "Global Women's Health Book." The author spent several years interviewing nearly 100 women from different nationalities, skin colors, and ages, providing a comprehensive analysis of the various issues they are concerned about regarding women's bodies: from physiology and physical differences to historical and cultural influences, aiming to explore women's past and look ahead to their future. The book explores the relationship between our emotions and physical states from a holistic perspective and points out a fact: we are often well-intentioned but lack the means, and our physical condition is not always optimal. The book also elaborates on gradual lifestyle changes, such as the benefits of proper diet and consistent exercise for the skin, weight, bone density, and self-esteem—concerns that both 16-year-old girls and 65-year-old women equally care about. The content of the book is simplified as much as possible, excluding information that is unproven or easily debatable. Although our intentions are good, by the end of the day, how many women have the time or energy to gather 16 ingredients to make "Cornish Creamy Chicken Soup"? It is hoped that the information about outward appearance provided in this book will help more people recognize a fact: whether one looks good or not has little to do with happiness or well-being, but poor appearance can undermine your joy and happiness.
