Sarcoidosis affect the spleen and stomach?

Patient's question:

Earlier, due to high fever and cough, I felt a tightness in my chest and went to a hospital in the county for a thorough check-up. A CT scan revealed several nodules in my right lung. The doctor prescribed some medication for a friend and advised them to rest more and have regular check-ups. My friend is usually a non-smoker and often exercises, so I can't understand how they could develop nodules.
Do you know if sarcoidosis can damage the spleen and stomach?

Doctor's answer:

Sarcoidosis is a relatively common disease characterized by fatigue and involvement of multiple systems, often showing a familial clustering pattern. The etiology of sarcoidosis is primarily influenced by three factors: environmental factors, intergenerational familial inheritance, and autoimmune responses.
Pathophysiology of sarcoidosis: Inflammation, fibrosis, and non-specific systemic symptoms may also occur in patients, including fatigue, decreased appetite, and low-grade fever. Inflammation commonly affects the lungs and lymph nodes.
