Features: In the history of human civilization, Confucian culture is a shining pearl. Throughout its long development spanning thousands of years, it has experienced twists and turns but has continued to endure. Since modern times, with the intrusion of Western civilization and the collapse of feudal dynasties, the veneration of Confucius and the study of Confucian classics formally ended, and Confucian culture faced severe challenges. However, Confucian thought, despite its, has remained vibrant, exerting a certain influence on China's political, economic, and cultural development. The geographical misalignment between Confucian culture and Chinese civilization indicates that the two are not identical. Confucian culture originated in China, centered in the eastern part of the country, and encompasses the regional civilizations of countries and regions such as Korea, Japan, and Vietnam. Chinese civilization, on the other hand, is a pluralistic culture that includes Confucian culture as its core, along with other cultural elements. Although Confucian culture is not equivalent to Chinese civilization, it is undeniable that Chinese civilization is predominantly Confucian, and the civilization of the original Chinese region is a typical example of Confucian culture. Other countries in East Asia have adopted Confucian culture, and in terms of its fundamental essence, they have not broken away from the Chinese Confucian tradition. Therefore, when we discuss Confucian culture here, we focus primarily on China.
