MEMS strong chain and its applications

Features: MEMS strong chain, also known as MEMS cipher lock, is a high-reliability security assurance microelectromechanical device used for high-risk systems. It can be applied to information security "critical systems" in fields such as weapon equipment, ammunition depots, government, banks, finance, and confidentiality, belonging to the interdisciplinary field of optics, electronics, mechanics, information, and microfabrication. In China, currently only the research team of this project has reported on MEMS strong chain research, involving computer lock, drive, cipher lock design, micro-motor, code recognizer, and UQS mechanism. Internationally, the main institution reporting on MEMS strong chain research is the Sandia National Laboratory in the United States, which has already applied it to nuclear weapon information security and computer firewalls.
