Features: The effective judgments of the People's Court embody the will of the state and have determinacy, binding force, and executory force. Parties shall conscientiously fulfill their obligations; otherwise, they must accept the compulsory execution by the People's Court. Natural persons, legal persons, or other organizations with legally prescribed obligations to assist in execution must assist the People's Court in execution. In judicial practice, phenomena such as the difficulty in locating the debtor, the difficulty in finding the debtor's property, the difficulty in securing the assistance of execution enforcers, and the difficulty in mobilizing the execution target have severely undermined the judicial authority of the People's Court and damaged the dignity of China's legal system.
