Features: In clinical practice, whether it is free vascularized skin flap transplantation or pedicle skin flap transfer, the key to flap survival lies in establishing the blood circulation of the flap. In recent years, numerous specialized books and on flaps have been published, including many authoritative and highly valuable works. Some focus on theoretical descriptions, while others emphasize clinical applications. However, some lack systematicity, especially in terms of neurovascularized flap and perforator flap content, with few comprehensive available in this area. To address this, the editors invited researchers and clinical colleagues in microsurgery from across the country to collaborate on this atlas, Chinese Skin Flaps and Vessels, with the aim of assisting clinicians in designing targeted surgical approaches. All images in this book are prepared using fresh human specimens perfused and captured with digital cameras, ensuring fine, clear, and realistic displays of donor anatomical structures, making it easier for readers to understand and accept. These images are more authentic and reliable than conventional line drawings and more vibrant and colorful than those made from outdated specimens. Accompanying the images are textual descriptions of the anatomical and clinical anatomical details of flap vessels.
