Features: When the first draft of "The Leap of Thought" came out, I held it in my hands, and joy filled my heart. Back then, the feeling was one of surprise, excitement, and overwhelming delight! It was like a newborn baby entering the world, making it impossible to put down and impossible to contain the joy. In the ten years I've been running a business, I'll take this opportunity to share the editor's four "feelings."
First, it's like being a "mental patient." You alternate between joy and anger, with emotions fluctuating wildly, leaving you torn between laughter and tears, almost unrecognizable. You're solely focused on doing well with the business, but wanting to do well is a wish, believing you can do well is confidence, and actually doing well is the result. You overthink, pondering left and right, forward and backward, in deep contemplation. That feeling is akin to a "Malaysian madman," with the taste of both sweetness and bitterness. Who can truly understand the sour, sweet, bitter, and spicy flavors?
Second, it's like being a "farmer." There's joy in hardship, and you toil without complaint. You rise early and go to bed late, bustling for the business's livelihood, earning hard-earned money and spending it with blood, sweat, and tears. You believe that "great wealth comes from heaven, while small wealth comes from diligence." As long as you work diligently and act intelligently, you will eventually reap rewards.
Third, it's like being a "firefighter." You must not only respond to the various "disasters" in the business, preventing them before they happen, but also excel at problem-solving, identifying big issues within small ones, and thus grasping the bigger picture. Often, you can't sleep at night or eat peacefully!
Fourth, it's like being an "organizational leader." You must prepare for the unexpected, knowing that a single action can affect the whole. Whether assigning tasks, coordinating relationships, or resolving conflicts, the goal is to ensure all the gears of the business work together seamlessly, running at high speed and efficiency.
"The Leap of Thought" is the crystallization of our group's ten years of wisdom in business operations and management. It systematically and comprehensively summarizes the theories and innovations in business management, operations, culture, and strategy.
