Features: "Learn Chinese Chess with Me – Intermediate Textbook" builds upon the primary textbook, deepening its content to focus on the strategic ideas of the mid-game and the life-and-death patterns of endgame positions. However, following the learning principles of chess and for the convenience of teaching, we have placed the endgame section before the mid-game section. The endgame section is divided into eight chapters, analyzing and explaining the common life-and-death patterns and typical endgame positions in Chinese chess. In writing this, we primarily referred to and drew inspiration from professional works such as "Examples of Chinese Chess Endgames" (authored by Tu Jingming), "Chinese Chess Endgame Handbook" (authored by Shen Zhengfu), and "Comprehensive Chinese Chess Endgames" (authored by Wang Jialiang, Li Zhongjian, and Wang Guoshun). Combining our daily theoretical and practical research insights, we analyzed and summarized the common patterns of endgames, summarizing the principles of victory and draw. The mid-game section is divided into six chapters, primarily using battle case analysis to illustrate various tactical strategies in the mid-game, aiming to help improve the practical skills and overall level of young Chinese chess enthusiasts.
