Features: The "Series of Chinese Mechanical Industry Standard Compendia" has been recognized and praised within the industry since its publication, playing a positive role in promoting the development of mechanical industry technology and the dissemination of standards. The newly published second edition of "Chinese Mechanical Industry Standard Compendia - Metal Heat Treatment Volume" retains all valid standards of the previous edition and adds three national heat treatment standards and 24 mechanical industry standards approved and released from March 1998 to the end of 2002, while canceling superseded standards. For standards converted from national standards to industry standards (e.g., GB/T 9449-1998 converted to JB/T 7951-1999), the industry standard code and text have been included in this volume. Additionally, relevant standards for the quality inspection and evaluation of metal materials have been added. This volume is jointly compiled by the third editorial department of our press and the National Heat Treatment Standardization Technical Committee, collecting 64 current standards approved and published before the end of 1998. Among them, there are 16 national standards and 48 mechanical industry standards. The content includes: basic process operations, process materials, inspection and evaluation, safety and environmental protection, and energy consumption.
