Features: To further strengthen and standardize the on-site operations of rural power supply station personnel, ensure personnel safety, improve work quality, and achieve standardized operations, this manual is based on relevant technical standards and safety regulations within the country and power system. It closely aligns with the actual production work and operational experience of power supply stations, using the standardized operation manual template of State Grid Corporation of China as the format blueprint. This manual includes three main parts: construction, operation, and marketing, totaling 48 operation standards. It basically covers the low-voltage (0.4kV) on-site work content involved in power supply stations, including line construction, operation, metering devices, meter reading, and other sections. Each operation standard includes preparation before work, personnel requirements, tools, materials, hazard analysis and measures, operation procedures, and completion, with quality requirements and work precautions proposed for each step. The structure of this book is clear, the content is reliable, and the language is concise, making it highly instructive for on-site operations in power supply stations. As a standard for on-site work in rural power supply stations, this manual serves as a reference tool for power supply station personnel and can also be used as a training textbook for new personnel and production training.
