Features: Time flies like a shooting star, and days pass like the swift flow of water. Since the publication of my first book, Sailing the Sea of Medicine, in 1993, it has been 13 years. "Ten years bring a complete transformation," as the saying goes. In this turbulent "great era," how great must the changes have been in 13 years! When Sailing the Sea of Medicine was published in 1993, Comrade Jin Tongzhen, then Deputy Minister of the State Administration of Pharmaceutical Industry, and Comrade Liu Yonggang wrote a preface and dedication for the book, giving me immense encouragement and motivation! Now, I have specially borrowed the phrase "Three Paths of Diligence Yield Fruitful Results, Sailing the Sea of Medicine to Set Sail Further" from Jin Tongzhen Minister's dedication and used it as the title of this book, Sailing the Sea Further. This is not only to carry forward the legacy of the previous book but also to symbolize the continuous progress of the cause: back then, we had just "sailed" into the sea of medicine, and now we have "sailed further" against the waves. Here, I extend my deepest respect to my two esteemed former leaders who have always cared for and supported me, as well as all my friends! Without a doubt, Sailing the Sea Further is a true reflection of the thriving and vibrant scene in China's pharmaceutical industry today, where the industry is flourishing, rising stars are emerging, and countless boats are competing in the vast sea of medicine. It is imbued with a strong sense of the times and inspires people to strive forward. When you open this book, it feels as if a gentle breeze brushes your face, as if you see many trendsetters raising their sails and bravely battling in the vast sea of medicine, singing toward the shore of victory!
