First, this book cites more than 300 related laws, judicial interpretations, and regulations related to the 《》, making it the most comprehensive in its category. Due to space limitations, provisions are generally quoted in excerpt form. For those that require full citation but would occupy excessive space, the names and article numbers of the relevant legal provisions are listed in the provision annotations for readers to fully consult and understand the relevant regulations.
Second, for repeated or contradictory provisions concerning the same regulatory object, the principle of "new law prevails over old law" is followed. The book only includes the most recent provisions, and if necessary, the compilers will list the expired provisions and provide a brief analysis.
Third, regarding the coordination between 《》, 《》, and 《》. The compilers adhere to the systematic nature of civil law, taking 《》 as the framework and appropriately expanding on 《》 and 《》.
Fourth, other legal departments, primarily the provisions of 《》, are not fully included in this book but are briefly mentioned in the provision annotations. Readers can refer to the series 《》 for detailed information.
Fifth, the provision annotations in this book are primarily indicative, aiming to be concise and to the point. Content already mentioned in related regulations is not repeated, and content typically covered in textbooks is also left unannotated."
