In the Universe Calendar Year 798, or the Empire Calendar Year 489, imperial exiles, stirred by the Fespa faction, secretly infiltrate the imperial capital, abduct the young Emperor, and seek refuge with the Free Planet Alliance. Amidst the intrigue and clashes among the three major powers, the tranquil Iserlohn is also drawn into the conflict. Meanwhile, Yuri Minh, the adopted son of Yang Wen-li, is sent to the Fespa Empire.
After the "Declaration of War" is issued, the Free Planet Alliance is drawn into the maelstrom of war, and Yuri Minh finds himself entangled in it, facing the new invasion of the Galactic Empire.
