Publish Date: 2006-11-01
Features: In terms of public law issues from the perspective of constitutionalism, constitutional issues are its central focus, but it also encompasses various problems at the administrative law level. The research on the connection between constitutional law and administrative law is related to the foundation and development of constitutionalism. This book aims to provide a rational reflection and argumentation on some constitutional and administrative law issues embedded within the context of constitutionalism, in order to expand and organize the author's previous basic ideas on research in this field, and to lay a preliminary foundation for future academic exploration of other related issues based on this context. It should be noted that the writing of this book is not based on a macro writing outline framework, but focuses on some scattered public law issues within the context of constitutionalism. Through the theoretical analysis of these issues—such as their "case-specific" and "incremental" nature—the book seeks to establish an academic framework for public law propositions within the constitutionalist context as a whole, thereby providing a conceptual axis for future academic propositions based on this framework. Therefore, the book's thought line is divergent, but its intended ideas are unified within the context of constitutionalism.
