Features: The Public English Test System (PETS) is a national English proficiency examination system designed and implemented by the National Education Examination Administration Center. As a non-academic English proficiency test, PETS is open to the entire society, changing the previously self-enclosed and disconnected situation of English education and examination from social needs.
