Is it serious if the hepatitis B items 2, 4, and 5 are positive?

Patient's question:

Recently, during a health check-up, it was found that items 2, 4, and 5 of the hepatitis B test were positive. Is this serious? My liver is fine.

Doctor's answer:

This result is not serious, indicating that hepatitis B has been completely recovered or there has been a mild infection history. Having HBsAg proves that you have protective antibodies against hepatitis B. The fifth item is evidence of hepatitis B infection, similar to a scar left after a burn, which doesn't cause pain or discomfort. For patients, if the hepatitis B condition is severe, immediate symptomatic treatment and appropriate medication are necessary. Otherwise, it may lead to a recurrence of hepatitis B. Additionally, patients need to maintain a proper diet and keep a positive mood.
