Features: Those who have a basic understanding of fishing know that it is a common daily form of entertainment. We also know that fishing requires selecting the right location, using the correct fishing gear and bait, attracting the fish's attention in a quiet environment, and having enough patience to wait for the fish to bite. When reeling in, it's important to relax first and then apply force. Fishing shouldn't be overly concerned with gains and losses, nor should all the fish be caught from one spot. Think about it—everything we do in life and work is so similar. It can be said that doing anything is like fishing, an activity that encompasses investment, inducement, release, selection, judgment, analysis, waiting, focus, calmness, perseverance, rationality, patience, composure, and decisiveness. Our personal job searches, emotional handling, interpersonal relationships, leadership and management in organizations, decision-making, execution, communication, and motivation—all these behaviors are like fishing in the water, requiring investment, inducement, judgment, analysis, and selection, requiring focus, calmness, and perseverance, requiring rationality, patience, decisiveness, and composure. It requires strategies and methods like "letting the line out to catch a big fish" and "catching the prey by letting it go," as well as avoiding the mindset of draining the pond to catch all the fish.
