Features: The Review of Political Science and Law (Volume 2002) is the third volume of this collection of essays after revision. It is also one of the main projects I took over while overseeing research work. When I finished reviewing the last essay in the collection, I truly felt the extent to which faculty and students at our university value and excel in research. I am proud of our educators who are willing to endure solitude and dedicate themselves to academic pursuits. The Review of Political Science and Law (Volume 2002) embodies the dedication and wisdom of our faculty. This is indeed the case. The essays included in this collection were selected from 38 submissions by faculty members across the university, the rigorous review of the University's Academic Committee and the Project and Achievement Evaluation Committee. They cover a wide range of disciplines, including jurisprudence, legal history, constitutional law, administrative law, civil and commercial law, economic law, criminal law, procedural law, international law, political science, and economics. In terms of content, the essays include in-depth analyses of fundamental legal theories, discussions of specific legal systems, and theoretical explorations of basic legal issues. They also feature reflections on cutting-edge problems in various disciplines and research on foundational theories across fields.
