Features: The "China National Standard Collection" is a comprehensive and large-scale collection of national standards, which has been published in both hardcover and paperback formats since 1983, compiled and released in separate volumes according to the sequential numbers of national standards. To some extent, the Collection reflects the basic conditions and major achievements of China's standardization efforts since the founding of the country. It is an essential reference for standardized management institutions at all levels, industrial and mining enterprises, agricultural, forestry, animal husbandry, and fishery systems, as well as research, design, and teaching departments. Due to the dynamic nature of standards, a significant number of national standards are revised each year, and these revisions cannot be reflected in the already published Collection. Therefore, since 1995, additional volumes have been published, compiling the national standards revised in the previous year. This Collection includes 39 revised national standards in 2005, among which there are 8 mandatory standards and 31 recommended standards, covering fields such as light industry, water conservancy, agriculture, and transportation. Standards such as "Minimum Mesh Size of Trawl Cod Ends in the East and Yellow Sea Regions," "Dangerous Goods Nomenclature," "Water Level Measurement Instruments—Part 2: Pressure Water Level Gauges," and "General Requirements for Safety Valves" are included in this volume.
