Features: Since the publication of the annotated edition of "Civil Custom Survey Report Records" in 2000, it has received full recognition from academia. However, we have also discovered some proofreading errors remaining in the book. Therefore, after consulting with the publisher, we have decided to rereview the entire book and publish a revised edition. This rereview primarily corrects some proofreading errors in the preface and the main text. Given that the original table of contents, though comprehensive, occupies a significant amount of space and overlaps with the main text entries, all sub-items under the original sections have been removed in this revised edition, leaving only the chapter and section in the table of contents. This book is based on the civil and commercial custom survey records collected by the former Beijing Government's Ministry of Justice Legal Revision Bureau from various judicial authorities in provinces and regions. The civil part has been published first. The book is divided into four parts: Part I: General Principles of Civil Law and Customs; Part II: Property Rights Customs; Part III: Debt Customs; Part IV: Family and Inheritance Customs.
