There are small bubble-like things on the foreskin and glans

Patient's question:

A year ago, I noticed some small, flesh-colored blisters the size of millet grains on my foreskin. They didn't hurt, itch, or have any odor. Over the next six months, they slowly spread. I visited the district hospital twice, and the urologist found nothing abnormal, recommending I see a dermatologist instead. The dermatologist said it was something like "adnexal cyst" or something similar, but I couldn't read the words in my medical records. He said it was mostly a matter of appearance and not much else was wrong. I asked if it might spread to the glans, and he said it usually wouldn't. But six months later, I found it had spread to the glans, with a few small ones appearing on the left side, slightly off toward the urethra. At first, they were tiny, but later, a few of them merged to form two larger ones, about half the size of a grain of rice. They were the same color as the flesh but slightly whitish. They weren't very noticeable after an erection, and they still didn't hurt, itch, or have any odor.

Doctor's answer:

Consider infections such as balanitis. The common causes of balanitis include infections from unsafe sexual practices, excessive foreskin, invasion of pathogenic microorganisms, and poor local hygiene. It is recommended to pay attention to personal hygiene, especially local cleanliness, maintain a regular lifestyle, eat a light diet, drink plenty of water, avoid spicy and irritating foods, and seek timely medical examination and treatment.
