Urinary difficulties, seeking medical advice

Patient's question:

Doctor, I am 63 years old. I have frequent urination during the day and at night. During the day, I urinate more than 7 or 8 times, and at night, more than 3 times. I can't urinate completely in one go; I need to go multiple times to feel mostly empty. It takes me dozens of seconds to start urinating. Additionally, I have mild posterior urethral stricture and a slight leakage problem. I have had this condition for over 20 years, and it severely affects my sleep. I kindly request your help.

Doctor's answer:

If there is persistent difficulty urinating, it is necessary to consider whether there are prostate diseases, especially if there is a history of frequent masturbation, it should be given high attention.
