Publishing Date: 2001-12-01
Features: This series, "Library," is a large and open collection that will actively promote the development of language teaching and research in China. In the future, FLTRP will continue to introduce works, striving to provide readers with the latest and most influential linguistic and applied linguistic books from abroad. Since its launch in September 2000, the first 54 titles of the "Contemporary Foreign Linguistics and Applied Linguistics Library" have achieved great success. The initial print run of 5,000 sets was in high demand, requiring a second print run of 6,000 sets in October. Publishing and distributing such a large-scale collection of linguistic works within such a short period is rare in the history of academic publishing in China. Practice has proven that the "Library" introduced by FLTRP has been widely praised by the domestic linguistic and foreign language teaching communities, and it will become a treasure trove for advancing language teaching and research in China.
