This book is titled A New Model of English Teaching and Learning, and is the sister volume to A New Concept of English Teaching and Learning. Teachers in Shanghai's Pudong New Area for primary, secondary, and kindergarten education have strived to implement the guidance on foreign language teaching issued by the Ministry of Education and the Shanghai Municipal Education Commission in their foreign language teaching practices. Under the approval of the National Foreign Language Teaching Research Center of the National Basic Education Practice Center, the national-level project "Research on the Communicative, Developmental, and Innovative Model of English Teaching and Learning" is being carried out.
