Features: The research and promotion of teacher growth portfolios were carried out in collaboration between the Baoshan Teacher Training College and the Teacher Development Research Center of the Shanghai Institute of Educational Sciences, with strong support from the Baoshan Education Bureau. The entire book was designed in terms of its overall framework, manuscript organization, and coordination by Dr. Hu Qingfang of the Teacher Development Research Center of the Shanghai Institute of Educational Sciences, and was finally compiled by her. The book is divided into thirteen chapters, elaborating on the historical context of the development of teacher growth portfolios, their significance and functions, the production process and examples of teacher growth portfolios, their evolution, and the development of information platforms for teacher professional development.
