Features: This book is one of the "Computer Office Quick Guide" series. It introduces the knowledge of applying Project in a computer office from the perspective of a beginner in project management. The book mainly includes the installation of Project 2003, the establishment of enterprise projects, task allocation, resource management, tracking management, cost management, project optimization, project report generation and printing, multiple project management, server information management, and project collaboration and communication management. The book adopts a concise and elegant double-column layout, with detailed explanations, rich examples, and strong operability, written in the format of "knowledge points + cases." The requirements of each case are clearly stated. The cases are accompanied by two small sections: "Small Knowledge" and "Exemplary Practice," which enrich readers' knowledge while allowing them to learn and practice simultaneously, truly achieving the goal of learning, improvement, and review without missing a beat. At the end of each chapter, there is a "Gas Station" section to help readers overcome obstacles in the application process. Additionally, the book explains the knowledge of Project in computer office work through a picture-and-text comparison, achieving the effect of illustrating with images. To address the common issue of insufficient information in such books, useful information is also reflected in the images, such as annotations at important points and the labeling of operation sequences in the diagrams. This book is targeted at project managers engaged in project management work or computer beginners interested in project management. It can also serve as a teaching material for project management personnel and reference books for various training schools.
