The purpose of this book is to introduce China's unemployment insurance system in a question-and-answer format using language, enabling ordinary workers to benefit from it. The questions and answers are primarily designed to address common practical issues and cover nearly all questions related to the unemployment insurance system for the target readership. Additionally, most answers are accompanied by relevant legal references, allowing readers to understand how China's laws and regulations specifically address these issues after finding their answers. Another key feature of this book is that most questions related to workers' interests are followed by small case studies, providing readers with direct answers based on similar experiences. At the end of the book, there are relevant tables, flowcharts, and website addresses related to unemployment insurance for reader convenience.
