Features: Based on drawing on and absorbing existing research achievements, this book has re-conceptualized the system of ideological and political education methods, which is broadly divided into four sections. The sections include two chapters. Chapter 1 primarily elaborates on the essential issues of ideological and political education methods that must be clarified, such as their meaning, characteristics, structure, theoretical foundation, and basic principles. Chapter 2 discusses the relationship between the subject and object as the two ends of the intermediary in ideological and political education methods. The second section includes Chapters 3, 4, and 5. Adhering to the principle proposed by the Party's "16th National Congress" that the establishment of the ideological and moral system should be connected with the traditional virtues of China, this book argues that traditional Chinese virtues should include the fine traditions, principles, and methods of the Communist Party of China's ideological and political education, as well as the wisdom and thoughts of ancient Chinese sages. The third section includes Chapters 6 and 7. The approaches and carriers of ideological and political education are important aspects of the method system. If ideological and political education methods are not implemented through any approaches or lack any attached carriers, they will be unable to bring their effects into play. The fourth section includes Chapters 8, 9, 10, and 11. Following the precedent, it explores the specific methods of each major link in ideological and political education in a vertical process.
