After the book was published, it has gone through five years. In recent years, economic law has undergone significant changes in content and some adjustments in structure. Therefore, this book is being republished. This book consists of twenty-two chapters, Part One: General Principles of Economic Law, Part Two: Economic Law Subjects, Part Three: Market Regulation Law, Part Four: Macro-control Law. It should be noted that some content in the teaching syllabus, such as Planning Law, Industry Law, Special Transaction Supervision Law, etc., is not included in this book temporarily. This is because some regulations are still under drafting, and some issues remain highly controversial and have not been finalized.
