Antibiotics should be selected after pus culture and drug sensitivity tests to promote inflammation absorption and eliminate and control inflammation.Traditional Chinese medicine treatment can use Longdan Xiegan Decoction with modifications. If there is a tendency to form pus, add Astragalus, Carapace of Tridacna, and Spinosum Fruit to invigorate qi and expel toxins to drain pus.
