Features: When the first draft of "The Leap of Thought" came out, I held it in my hands, filled with joy in my heart. The feeling at that time was one of surprise, excitement, and overwhelming delight! It was like a newborn baby entering the world, making it impossible to put down and causing uncontrollable joy. In the business world, I've been at it for about a decade, so I'd like to share the editor's four "feelings."
First, it's like being a "mental patient." You experience ups and downs in emotions, sometimes joyful, sometimes angry, leaving you both laughing and crying, almost unrecognizable. You're determined to do well in your business, but wanting to do well is a wish, being able to do well is confidence, and actually doing well is the result. You overthink, pondering left and right, forward and backward, in deep contemplation. That feeling is akin to a "Malaysian madman," with the taste of both sweetness and bitterness. Who can truly understand the mix of sour, sweet, bitter, and spicy?
Second, it's like being a "farmer." There's joy in hardship, and you work tirelessly. You rise early and go to bed late, running around for the business's livelihood, earning hard-earned money and spending blood and sweat. You believe that "great wealth comes from heaven, while small wealth comes from diligence." As long as you work hard and act wisely, there will be rewards.
Third, it's like being a "firefighter." You not only have to deal with various "disasters" in the business but also prevent them from happening in the first place. You must also be skilled at solving problems, identifying big issues from small ones, and thus grasping the bigger picture. Often, you can't sleep at night or eat peacefully!
Fourth, it's like being an "organizational department head." You must prepare for the unexpected, knowing that a small change can affect the whole. Whether assigning tasks or coordinating relationships, resolving conflicts, your goal is to ensure that all the gears of the business work together seamlessly, running at high speed and efficiency.
"The Leap of Thought" is the crystallization of our group's decade of wisdom in business management and operations. It systematically and comprehensively summarizes the theoretical and innovative aspects of business management, operations, culture, and strategy.
