Cure for prostatitis folk remedies? Can prostatitis be cured well?

Patient's question:

Urgency, frequent urination, and prostatitis are among the clinical manifestations of benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH):
1. Bladder irritation symptoms: Frequent urination, urgency, nocturia (increased nighttime urination), and urge incontinence.
2. Urinary obstruction symptoms: Primarily caused by the obstruction of the urinary tract by the enlarged prostate.
(1) Weak urine stream, thin urine flow, and dribbling: Due to the obstruction by the enlarged prostate, patients may need to exert more force to urinate, making it difficult to empty the bladder. The enlarged prostate compresses the urethra, causing the urine stream to become thin. As the condition progresses, symptoms such as intermittent urination and post-micturition dribbling may also appear.
(2) Hematuria: The presence of blood in the urine is called hematuria, also known as urinary bleeding. Under normal circumstances, urine does not contain red blood cells. In medicine, after centrifuging and sedimenting a patient's urine sample, a microscope is used to examine it. If more than five red blood cells are observed in each high-power field, it is diagnosed as hematuria.
(3) Frequent urination is an early sign of BPH, especially an increase in nocturia (nighttime urination) holds significant clinical meaning. Generally, the frequency of nocturia often correlates with the severity of BPH. An elderly person who previously did not wake up at night to urinate but now urinates 1–2 times per night may indicate the onset of early obstruction. Conversely, if nocturia progresses from 2 times per night to 4–5 times or more, it suggests the progression and worsening of the condition.

Doctor's answer:

This generally can be taken some Ba Zhen Wan and Jin Gui Shen Qi Wan, and it will be fine. There won't be recurrence. This generally needs to pay attention to hygiene. Otherwise, there is a chance of recurrence.
